Key Takeaways

  • There is no single answer to how long a mattress takes. There are three separate clocks: the decision, the order processing, and the delivery itself.
  • Our published policy is that orders placed before 11:59pm CST are processed the following day, nationwide shipping runs about 5 to 7 business days, and local orders near one of our stores process much faster, though the actual delivery timing varies by item.
  • You do not wait in the dark. We call within two hours of the order being placed, during normal business hours, to set the date, then call and text an ETA once the truck is loaded.
  • Free doorstep delivery, $99 delivery and setup in the room of your choice with your old mattress hauled away, and $149 when an adjustable base is part of the order: three different experiences, and the cheapest one is not automatically the right one.
  • Cinco Ranch sits a short drive from our Katy showroom on Kingsland Blvd, which is the fastest way to turn an open question into a confirmed delivery date.

Almost nobody shops for a mattress casually. By the time someone starts searching, there is usually a reason with a date attached to it: a closing date, a move-in date, in-laws arriving for the holidays, a teenager who has outgrown a bed, or a mattress that finally gave up on a Tuesday night and is not getting another week of service. So the question that really sits underneath which mattress should I buy is almost always how fast can I actually sleep on it.

It is a surprisingly hard question to get answered honestly. Search it and you will find forum threads, national chain policy pages written for fifty states at once, and manufacturer help-centre articles about shipping a compressed box across the country. None of that tells a shopper in mattress shopping around Cinco Ranch what happens between signing an order on a Saturday and having a bed set up in a bedroom off Westheimer Parkway.

This guide does. Everything below is taken from our own published policies rather than from generalities, and where the honest answer is it depends on the item, we say that instead of inventing a number. The goal is simple: by the end you should know exactly what to ask, what to measure, and what to have ready, so the date you are planning around is a date you can trust.

The Honest Answer: Three Clocks, Not One

When a shopper asks how long a mattress takes, they are usually imagining one number. In practice three different things are running, and only one of them is really in the store's hands.

Clock one: how long it takes you to decide

This is the clock that most often blows a deadline, and it is entirely yours. People spend three weeks reading reviews, then expect the bed to appear in two days. The irony is that the decision is the part a showroom can genuinely compress. Twenty minutes lying on four beds tells you more than a month of comparison tables, because firmness is a physical sensation and no description survives translation into text. If you want to shorten the overall timeline, shorten this clock first. A ScanFit body scan and a conversation with a Certified Sleep Science Coach exist for exactly that reason.

Clock two: order processing

This is the administrative gap between you saying yes and the item being ready to move. Our published order and delivery FAQ states it plainly: orders placed before 11:59pm CST are processed the following day. Processing is not shipping. It is the order being confirmed, payment or financing cleared, and the item allocated. It is also where an order quietly stalls if a financing application is half-finished or a phone number on the ticket is wrong.

Clock three: the delivery itself

This is the one everybody means. Our published expectation for nationwide shipping is between 5 and 7 business days. Local orders near one of our stores have much faster processing times, though delivery timing still varies depending on the items ordered, which is why our FAQ asks you to place the order and then reach out for an accurate estimate rather than treating a published range as a promise for every product. That is not evasion. A pillow, a hybrid mattress and an adjustable base genuinely do not move on the same schedule.

What “In Stock” Really Means at a Mattress Store

Shoppers often assume a mattress store works like a shoe shop: if it is on the floor, there is a stack of them in the back. That is not how the category works anywhere, and understanding why makes every timing conversation easier.

The floor model is a sample, not the inventory

A mattress on a showroom floor exists so you can lie on it. It has been lain on by hundreds of people, and nobody wants to sleep on that bed at home. The floor model is a demonstration unit. What you buy is a fresh, sealed example of the same model, which is sourced rather than carried out of the showroom on your shoulder. That is a feature, not a limitation, and it is the same everywhere in the industry.

Why a store cannot warehouse every size of every model

Do the arithmetic. A floor with a few dozen models, each in six or seven sizes, and several of those models in two or three firmness options, produces hundreds of distinct items. Stocking even one of each would fill a building and tie up capital that is better spent on keeping more models on the floor for you to try. The practical result is that the common sizes of the most popular models move fastest, and the unusual combinations take longer. A queen in a core model is the easy case. A split configuration in a specialty firmness is the case that deserves a question.

What to ask instead of “is it in stock”

“Is it in stock” invites a yes or no that may not survive contact with reality. Better questions are specific and about your order, not about the catalogue: what date can you have this exact size and firmness at my address, is anything in my order slower than the rest of it, and what would change that date. Our team can answer all three once an order is placed, and our the checks to run before you sign an order walks through the rest of the paperwork worth reading before you sign.

The Order Timeline, Step by Step

Here is the whole sequence, in the order it actually happens, with the published detail attached to each step. Nothing here is a guess; every item comes from a page on this site.

  1. You choose the bed. In the showroom this is the ScanFit scan, then lying on a shortlist with a coach. Online it is the mattress quiz plus a visit to confirm the feel. This step has no fixed length, and it is the one you control.
  2. The order is written. Size, firmness, base, bedding, delivery tier and address go on one ticket. Mistakes made here are the most common cause of a delay later, which is why it is worth reading the ticket back before you leave.
  3. Payment or financing clears. In store we work with Synchrony, Snap Finance and other providers; online you will see Snap Finance, Affirm and Shop Pay at checkout, alongside cash, check, debit and the major credit cards. An unfinished application is a stopped order.
  4. We call you within two hours. Our published policy is that we call within two hours of the order being placed to set up a delivery time and date, and that those scheduling calls happen during normal business hours. Answer that call and your date is fixed.
  5. The order is processed. Orders placed before 11:59pm CST are processed the following day.
  6. The item moves. Nationwide shipping expectation is 5 to 7 business days. Local orders near a store process much faster, with the exact timing depending on what is on the order.
  7. We call and text an ETA. When the delivery has been loaded, we call you and send a text message with the ETA, so the day of delivery is not a twelve-hour window of waiting.
  8. Delivery and setup happen. What this looks like depends entirely on the tier you chose, which is the subject of the next section.
  9. Your guarantees start. The 365-Night Comfort Guarantee counts from delivery, and the 1-Year Price Guarantee counts from purchase. Both are explained further down.

Where the sequence usually breaks

In our experience it is almost never the truck. It is an unanswered scheduling call, a financing application that was started but not completed, a delivery address that turns out to be a gate code nobody shared, or a phone that goes to voicemail during business hours. All four are fixable in advance, and all four are free to fix.

What a Saturday purchase realistically looks like

Work the sequence through and the shape becomes obvious. A Saturday afternoon order with payment settled on the spot gets a scheduling call the same afternoon, is processed the following day, and then moves on the timeline for the specific items on the ticket. A Saturday order with a financing application still pending, a split configuration and an adjustable base is a different conversation, and the only responsible thing a store can do is tell you that before you plan around it.

Three Delivery Options, and How to Choose Between Them

Our delivery and pickup options page lists three, and they are genuinely different products rather than three prices for the same thing. We deliver to residents of the lower 48 states through FedEx and third-party partners, and we offer white glove delivery to Texas residents using our own team.

Free doorstep delivery

Fulfilled by our partner via FedEx or a third-party delivery team. The item is delivered to your doorstep or garage, in the same way a parcel arrives. It costs nothing, and for a lot of shoppers it is exactly right: a spare-room mattress, a lighter model, a household with two able-bodied adults and a clear path to the bedroom. Be honest with yourself about the last part. A queen hybrid is heavier and far more awkward than people expect, and a staircase with a turn in it has defeated more than one confident pair of friends.

$99 delivery and setup

This is the option most of our customers take, and it is fulfilled by the Mattress On Demand delivery team rather than a parcel network. The items are delivered and set up in the room of your choice, it includes removal of your old mattress and box spring if needed, and it includes removal of the packaging. Think about what that last part is worth on a weeknight: no wrestling a mattress up a stairwell, no old bed leaning against the garage wall for a fortnight, and no mountain of plastic to get rid of. Our guide to what happens to your old mattress covers the haul-away side in more detail.

$149 delivery and setup including an adjustable base

The same service, extended to cover setting up an adjustable base in the room of your choice, and it also includes removal of your old mattress and box spring if needed plus removal of packaging. If there is an adjustable bases on the order, this is the sensible tier. An adjustable base is not a flat-pack bed frame; it has a motor, a power supply and a specific orientation, and having it positioned, connected and tested while the crew is still in the room is worth considerably more than the difference in price.

One restriction worth knowing

Almost all mattresses can be delivered via FedEx or one of our delivery partners across the nation, but furniture items are available for pick up or local delivery only, because of freight costs. If your order mixes a mattress with bed frames or a foundation, ask how the whole order travels rather than assuming it moves as one piece.

What Actually Slows a Mattress Order Down

Delays are rarely mysterious. They cluster into a handful of causes, and most of them are visible from the showroom floor if you know to look.

Unusual sizes and configurations

Twin, full, queen and king in a popular model are the straightforward cases. Twin XL, California king, split king sets and split configurations are the ones that deserve an explicit question about timing, because they are ordered far less often. None of this means they are slow. It means the answer is specific to the item, and you should get that answer before you plan a move-in date around it.

Specialty firmness and comfort options

A model offered in Soft, Medium and Firm is three separate items as far as an order is concerned. The middle option is usually the most commonly ordered one. If your body clearly wants the firm version, buy the firm version, but ask the timing question at the same moment rather than afterwards. Choosing a feel you did not really want in order to save a few days is the single most expensive shortcut in mattress shopping, because the bed then has to live with you for a decade.

Multi-item orders

A mattress, a base, a protector, pillows and sheets do not all travel on the same clock. Decide early whether you want everything to arrive together or the mattress to arrive as soon as it can with the rest following. Both are reasonable choices; the mistake is leaving it unstated and then being surprised.

Incomplete financing

financing options is one of the genuine reasons an order waits, and it is almost always avoidable. An application that is started in the showroom and finished at home three days later has cost three days. Finishing it before you leave, or knowing exactly what document is outstanding, keeps the clock moving. Our article on financing and how it affects an order explains how the approval step sits inside the rest of the order.

Delivery access problems discovered on the day

A gate code nobody mentioned, a locked community entrance, a parking restriction, nobody over 18 at the address, or a bedroom that cannot be reached with the bed assembled. These turn a completed delivery into a second appointment. The next section exists to stop that happening.

Measure Before You Buy, Not on Delivery Day

The most frustrating delay is the one that happens after the mattress has already arrived at your door. Fifteen minutes with a tape measure removes almost all of that risk.

The four measurements that matter

Measure the narrowest doorway on the route, the width of any staircase, the diagonal clearance at every turn, and the ceiling height above a stairwell if it is a tight one. The hardest point on the route is almost never the bedroom door. It is a right-angle turn at the top of a flight of stairs or a hallway narrowed by a bannister. Our full guide to how to measure a doorway, stairwell and turn walks through how to do it properly, including the trick of measuring the diagonal rather than the width.

Measure the bedroom too, not just the route

Going up a size is the most common reason people replace a mattress, and the new bed takes floor space the old one did not. Check that you can still open wardrobe doors and drawers, that there is room to walk on both sides if two people sleep in it, and that a nightstand still fits. A king that makes the room unusable is a decision you will regret long after the delivery date is forgotten.

Check what the mattress is going to sit on

This is the measurement nobody takes, and it has warranty consequences. Our warranty page is explicit: an improper or unsupported foundation voids coverage, because mattresses need to be on a perfectly level platform or foundation, and a frame needs adequate centre support, meaning at least five legs with at least one of those five supporting the slats or steel crossbars. If your existing frame does not meet that, add a foundations or a suitable frame to the same order rather than discovering the problem after the new mattress is already on it.

Shopping Against a Real Deadline

Some mattress purchases are planned months ahead. Others start with a slat snapping at midnight. Here is how to handle the urgent versions without making a decision you regret.

A move-in or closing date

Start earlier than feels necessary, because you are competing with your own moving schedule, not with the store. Choose the bed before the move, place the order with the new address on it, and let the scheduling call land while you still have the mental space to answer it. Our article on planning a mattress around a moving day covers the moving-day version of this in detail.

Guests arriving

A guest-room bed is the easiest urgent case, because the requirements are looser. Nobody is spending a decade on it. A straightforward model in a common size, free doorstep delivery if you have the hands to move it, and a protector on top. This is also the case where our own exclusive line is worth asking about, because we can speak to it most precisely.

A bed that failed last night

Resist the urge to buy the first thing that can arrive fastest. A mattress you will sleep on for the next eight to ten years should not be chosen on a two-day timing difference. If there is a genuine gap, bridge it: a spare room, a sofa bed, or an inexpensive temporary option, and then buy the right bed properly. The difference between the right mattress and the available one is measured in years of sleep, not days of waiting.

When speed and the right choice genuinely conflict

Say so out loud in the showroom. If you tell a coach that you have a hard date, the conversation changes: they can steer the shortlist toward options that fit both the feel you need and the timeline you have, instead of showing you a bed that is perfect and unavailable. A store cannot solve a constraint it has not been told about.

Brands You Can Lie On Before You Commit to a Date

The reason to shop locally when timing matters is not that a local store is magically faster. It is that you get the comfort decision and the logistics answer in the same twenty minutes, from the same person, instead of ordering blind and finding out afterwards. Here is what is on the floor at our Katy showroom on Kingsland Blvd, the nearest showroom to Cinco Ranch.

The hybrids most shoppers compare first

Helix lineup is where a large share of our west-side shoppers start, and it is the brand people most often tell us they could not find on a floor anywhere nearby. Brooklyn Bedding lineup sits right alongside it with soft, medium and firm options of the same hybrid, which makes it unusually easy to isolate firmness as a variable while everything else stays constant.

The certified organic beds

Start with Naturepedic here. Naturepedic is our preferred starting point when the materials inside the bed matter as much as the feel, because its certified organic cotton and wool construction is documented rather than implied, and the customisable models let you change the feel later without changing the whole bed. Browse the Naturepedic brand page first, then the My Green Mattress collection, which is the more approachable certified organic line and the better answer for a child's room or a second bedroom. The honest tradeoff for both is timing: a certified organic supply chain is more specific than a conventional foam bed's, so ask about dates at the same moment you ask about firmness, not afterwards.

The traditional premium names

Tempur-Pedic brand page, Stearns & Foster brand page and Sealy brand page cover the shoppers who want a familiar premium name and a more traditional construction, and WinkBeds brand page covers the ones who want a tall, well-built innerspring feel. All four reward an in-person visit, because the differences between them are tactile rather than specification-led.

Our own line

KOVA collection is exclusive to Mattress On Demand. That exclusivity is relevant to a timing article for a practical reason: it is the line our team knows end to end, so the answers about availability and options are as direct as they get. It is also why it is worth asking about when a deadline is real.

Pillows, sheets and protectors are a separate decision from the mattress, and our performance bedding range is where to start on that side. If you are still deciding on a feel rather than a date, the mattress buying guide is the better place to begin, and how to test a mattress properly in a showroom explains how to use a showroom visit properly.

Five Beds Worth Seeing Before You Pick a Date

If you want a shortlist to walk in with, start here. These are the five we would put in front of a Cinco Ranch shopper who has a date in mind, in the order we would show them.

Naturepedic Chorus Organic Mattress

Naturepedic is our preferred starting point whenever the materials inside the bed matter as much as the date it arrives, and the Chorus is the model we put most shoppers on first. It is made with 100% GOTS certified organic cotton and wool, built with no glues and no polyurethane foam, and it passes flame standards without added fire retardants. It is Naturepedic's most cooling mattress, with airflow top to bottom and organic wool wicking moisture away, in a medium feel that suits most people. The honest tradeoff is that certified organic construction is a more specific supply chain than a conventional foam bed, so this is exactly the category where you should ask the timing question up front rather than assuming.

Helix Midnight Luxe Mattress

The premium hybrid most of our shoppers end up comparing everything else against, and the reason a lot of west-side shoppers drive to Katy in the first place. It has a plush pillow top, three layers of high-density foam and individually wrapped steel coils with zoned lumbar support and a reinforced perimeter. The standard TENCEL cover breathes well and the GlacioTex cooling cover is a genuine upgrade you should feel before you pay for it. Because it is a flagship model you can lie on in the showroom, you get to make the comfort decision and the timing decision in the same visit instead of guessing online and waiting to find out.

Brooklyn Bedding Signature Hybrid Mattress

A hybrid built with premium comfort foams over individually encased coils that comes in Soft, Medium and Firm, which matters more than it sounds when you are shopping against a deadline. Choosing the right firmness the first time is the single biggest thing that keeps you from spending part of your 365 nights arranging an exchange. Try all three feels side by side in Katy, pick the one your body agrees with, and the only clock left to watch is the delivery one.

My Green Mattress Kiwi Organic Mattress

The most approachable certified organic bed on our floor and a sensible answer when the bed you need in a hurry is for a child's room or a guest room. It is made without flame retardant chemicals or polyurethane foams, and its medium-firm contouring feel works for children, teens and adults, so one model can quietly solve more than one bedroom at a time.

KOVA Cove 13" Medium Euro-Top Hybrid Mattress

Our own exclusive brand, which is worth knowing about when timing is the whole problem. It is a medium euro-top hybrid with a cooling cotton knit cover, copper-infused memory foam and a heavy-duty coil unit with up to 960 coils and reinforced edges. Because KOVA is only sold at Mattress On Demand, it is the line our team can speak to most precisely when you ask what is realistically available and how quickly it can reach a Cinco Ranch address.

Visit our Katy, Richmond or Rosenberg showroom and lie down on these beds before you commit to a delivery date, because the fastest mattress in the world is the wrong one if you have not felt it for ten quiet minutes first. If two people are sleeping on it and you have been wondering whether one king or two separate beds is the better answer, split king versus one king mattress is worth reading before you order, because that decision changes both the configuration and the timeline.

What to Have Ready on Delivery Day

A delivery that goes smoothly looks effortless. That is usually because somebody spent ten minutes preparing the night before.

Clear the route, not just the room

Move anything from the hallway, landing and stairwell that a two-person crew carrying something large and heavy would have to step around. Take pictures off the wall at the turns. If the new bed is replacing an old one, strip the old mattress and have the bedding out of the way so the haul-away is immediate rather than a negotiation.

Sort the access details in advance

Gate codes, community entrance restrictions, parking, and a working phone number that somebody will actually answer. In a gated community this is the single most common cause of a failed delivery slot, and it is entirely preventable with one text message the day before.

Have the protector ready before the sheets go on

Our warranty page says in plain words that stains and soiling void a warranty, which is why it recommends using a mattress protector. The moment to put one on is before the first night, not after the first accident, so add a mattress protectors to the same order. Our guide to protecting the mattress once it arrives covers the rest of the long-term care routine.

The First Night, and the First Few Weeks

Getting the bed delivered is not the end of the timeline. There is one more clock, and it is the one people are least prepared for.

Can you sleep on it straight away?

For a bed delivered flat and set up by a crew, yes. A compressed mattress that arrives rolled needs time to expand and reach its proper shape, and how much time depends on the construction. We wrote a whole article on how long to wait before sleeping on a new mattress rather than repeat it here, because the honest answer has more nuance than a single number.

A new mattress is supposed to feel different

It will not feel like the bed you have been sleeping in, and that is the point. Your body has spent years adapting to a specific set of sags. Our own comfort guarantee builds in a 30-night adjustment period for exactly this reason, and the first week is the worst possible moment to judge a mattress. what the first few weeks on a new mattress feel like covers what that adjustment actually feels like week by week.

What to do if, after a month, it is still wrong

Every mattress comes with our 365-Night Comfort Guarantee. Sleep on it for at least 30 nights so your body can adjust, and if you are still not completely satisfied, contact the store where you bought it within 365 nights of delivery. A Certified Sleep Science Coach helps you choose the replacement and schedules the exchange. It is one exchange per customer, for a mattress of equal or greater value, and it applies only with Mattress On Demand. A $99 re-delivery fee and a 10% restocking fee apply on certain brands, and proof of purchase is required. Our article on how the comfort exchange works goes through the mechanics in full.

The Clocks That Start After Delivery

Two more timelines begin the moment the bed is in the room, and both of them are worth diarising.

The 1-Year Price Guarantee

Our 1-Year Price Guarantee protects your purchase for 365 days against an eligible competitor's advertised lower price, or a lower Mattress On Demand advertised price announced after you buy. Send the advertised price within 365 days of purchase with your order or receipt information, a link, screenshot or photo of the lower price, and the competitor name, product model, size and date you found it. After verification we refund the eligible difference. The lower price has to be for the same qualifying product, size, condition and availability, with delivery or required fees considered where applicable. The practical consequence is that you never need to delay a purchase waiting for a sale, which is also worth remembering when you are browsing current offers.

The manufacturer warranty

Our warranty page explains that your warranty is covered by the manufacturer rather than by Mattress On Demand, and that the process differs by product type and brand. Warranties are non-transferable, cover only the original purchaser, and require the item to have been purchased from an authorized Mattress On Demand location. If you need to make a claim, gather your proof of purchase, the product details including model or serial number, and any warranty documents, then contact us. Our warranty agents reach out within 48 hours to process the claim, so keep the paperwork handy.

The conditions that quietly end coverage

Four things void a warranty outright: stains and soiling, an improper or unsupported foundation, a frame without adequate centre support, and a missing law tag. Separately, normal softening of the foam, comfort preference, physical damage, and body impressions below the stated minimum are not covered at all, because body impressions are a natural occurrence caused by the upholstery layers conforming to you. Knowing which list a future problem falls into is the difference between a claim that moves and one that stops at the first question.

Why Cinco Ranch Shoppers End Up at the Katy Showroom

There is no Mattress On Demand inside Cinco Ranch itself. The nearest showroom is our Katy store, and for most of the neighbourhood it is a short, straightforward drive.

Where to go and when we are open

Our Katy showroom on Kingsland Blvd is at 23233 Kingsland Blvd, Suite A, Katy, TX 77494, just south of I-10, and it is open seven days a week: Monday to Saturday from 10am to 6pm, and Sunday from midday to 5pm. You can reach the team on (832) 900-9159, or book a showroom visit so a coach is ready for you when you arrive.

The other two showrooms

Our Richmond store at 1531 FM359 Rd, Suite 500, keeps the same hours and is the better choice if you are coming from the Fort Bend side. Our Rosenberg showroom is a full-line showroom with the same brands, the same promises and the same 365-Night Comfort Guarantee, and it is moving to a new address soon, so call ahead before you drive. You can see all three Mattress On Demand showrooms in one place, with directions and phone numbers for each.

What a visit gets you that a web page cannot

A firmness decision made with your own spine rather than a star rating, a ScanFit scan showing where your body actually needs support, a specific delivery answer for your specific order, and a human being whose name you know if something needs sorting out later. If you have already narrowed things down online, shopping online and testing in person explains how to combine the two approaches, and the full mattress lineup is a good place to build your shortlist before you come in.

Frequently Asked Questions About Mattress Delivery Near Cinco Ranch, TX

How quickly can you get a mattress delivered?

It depends on the item and the address. Our published expectation for nationwide shipping is 5 to 7 business days, and local orders near one of our stores process much faster, though the actual delivery timing varies by what is on the order. The reliable way to get a real date is to place the order and ask our team for an accurate estimate, which is exactly what our own FAQ recommends.

How long does it usually take for a mattress to be delivered?

For a common size of a popular model going to a Katy-area address, it is normally a matter of days rather than weeks. Unusual sizes, split configurations, specialty firmness options and multi-item orders with a base or furniture on them take longer, and the only honest way to pin it down is per order rather than per catalogue.

When will you tell me my delivery date?

We call within two hours of the order being placed to set up a delivery time and date, during normal business hours. When the delivery has been loaded, we call again and send a text message with the ETA, so you are not blocking out a whole day on a guess.

Does the store carry mattresses in stock on the floor?

The beds on our floor are there for you to lie on. What you buy is a fresh example of the same model rather than the demonstration unit, which is standard across the industry. The practical question is not whether something is in stock in the abstract, but what date we can have your exact size and firmness at your address.

What is the difference between free delivery and the $99 option?

Free doorstep delivery is fulfilled by FedEx or a third-party partner and leaves the item at your doorstep or garage. The $99 delivery and setup is carried out by our own Mattress On Demand team, who set the bed up in the room of your choice, remove your old mattress and box spring if needed, and take the packaging away. If an adjustable base is part of the order, the $149 tier covers setting that up too.

Can I get a mattress delivered the same day?

Same-day is not something we promise as a policy, because it depends on the item, the schedule and the address on any given day. If you have a genuinely urgent date, say so when you are in the showroom: the team can steer you toward what is realistically achievable rather than letting you plan around a hope.

Do I have to be home for the delivery?

For the delivery and setup tiers, yes, somebody needs to be there to let the crew in, show them the room and point out the old mattress. For free doorstep delivery the item is left at your doorstep or garage like any parcel. Either way, make sure the phone number on the order is one that will be answered.

What happens to my old mattress?

Both paid delivery and setup tiers include removal of your old mattress and box spring if needed, along with removal of the packaging. If you choose free doorstep delivery, disposing of the old bed is yours to arrange.

Does financing slow my order down?

Only when it is left unfinished. We work with Synchrony, Snap Finance and other providers in store, and Snap Finance, Affirm and Shop Pay online, alongside cash, check, debit and the major credit cards. An approved application does not hold anything up; an application sitting half-completed does.

What if the mattress turns out to be wrong once it arrives?

Sleep on it for at least 30 nights, then if you are still not satisfied, contact the store where you bought it within 365 nights of delivery under our 365-Night Comfort Guarantee. Your coach helps you choose a replacement of equal or greater value and schedules the exchange. It is one exchange per customer, a $99 re-delivery fee and a 10% restocking fee apply on certain brands, and proof of purchase is required.

Can I buy online and still try the mattress in person first?

Yes, and we would encourage it. Build your shortlist online, come to the Katy showroom to lie on the final two or three, then place the order with a coach who can answer the timing question for the exact configuration you have chosen. It is the shortest path from a question to a confirmed date.
