The ThermoBalance is the entry point to Brooklyn Bedding's cooling-focused ThermoBalance line, and it is the bed we show hot sleepers who want more than a cool cover. Three cooling technologies stack at the top: a ThermoCool cover, ThermoPhase foam with phase change material that absorbs and releases heat, and copper-infused memory foams that conduct heat away and resist microbes. Underneath, an 8-inch Ascension zoned coil core of up to 1,032 encased coils firms up under the hips and lets air move through the whole 14-inch build. Soft, medium and firm are all available. the copper memory foams give it a more contouring feel than the Signature Hybrid, so expect a little more hug.
The layer order shifts slightly between feels, and the firm version swaps a memory foam layer for a denser one.
Choose soft, medium or firm. Soft lets side sleepers sink into the copper memory foams for shoulder and hip relief. Medium is the balanced pick for combination sleepers and couples. Firm keeps back and stomach sleepers flatter and more supported. In every feel the zoned coils add support through the lumbar area, and the open-cell foams and encased coils keep air moving so the contouring does not turn into heat.
