The Dawn Elite is Helix's highest-end firm mattress for back and stomach sleepers. On their 1-10 scale it is an 8, and they describe it as buoyant and responsive with luxurious support - you sit on top of it, and it pushes back.
Stomach sleepers usually need more support than they expect. A firm surface is what keeps the hips in line with the shoulders instead of letting the lower back arch all night, and the built-in ErgoAlign lumbar layer is aimed squarely at that.

This is the firmest feel in the Elite line. If you are unsure between the Dawn and the Dusk, the question is simply how much pushback you want: the Dusk cushions, the Dawn supports.

Saad did a great job of helping my husband and I narrow our choices down. He was very patient and answered all our questions on the differences and the manufacturing process.
