How long does the appointment take?
Most visits take about 30-45 minutes. That gives enough time for the scan, a sleep conversation, and testing the best-matched mattresses without rushing.
What if I find a better price somewhere else?

Do you offer financing?

How does delivery work?
Our own team handles premium white glove delivery from start to finish: bringing the new mattress inside, setting it up where you want it, and hauling away your old mattress. Timing depends on the model and schedule.
What if the mattress does not work out?
Every mattress comes with our 365-Night Sleep Trial. It is an exchange program, not a return: if the fit is wrong at home, we help you exchange it for a different model. There are no returns or refunds. Ask the store team for the details for the mattress you choose.
