The BT9000 Ultimate Base is the top of the BedTech range and the only one that moves the whole bed rather than just the head and foot. A six-motor frame raises, lowers and tilts the sleeping surface, so side sleepers can tip the mattress toward them, and it adds pillow tilt and adjustable lumbar support on top of the usual head and foot adjustment.
It also does something no other base we carry does: sonic wave massage with haptics through four subwoofers, and Bluetooth speakers you can play audio through, so the bed itself carries the sound.
This is a special-order base rather than one of the models we keep on the showroom floor - talk to a Sleep Coach and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth the step up from the BT6500 for how you actually sleep.
Warranty
It works with any foam, hybrid or latex mattress, and you keep the one you have. The exception is a traditional innerspring with a rigid border rod - those do not bend.
Because it raises and lowers as well as articulating, it stands on its own legs rather than dropping inside an existing bed frame.

The BT9000 is ordered in rather than kept on the floor, but our BedTech BT6500 is on display at all three showrooms and shares most of its controls, so it is a fair way to judge the feel and the motor noise before you commit.
