Ten minutes up Fry Road, so you can come twice
Seven Meadows is built around the corner where the Grand Parkway meets the Westpark Tollway, with Fry Road running up its eastern edge and Katy Gaston Road along the south. Our Katy showroom sits a short way north on Kingsland Blvd, which puts it closer to Seven Meadows than almost any other community we serve. For most households here it is a ten-minute errand, not an outing.
That changes how you should shop. Because the drive is so short, you do not need to settle a four-figure decision in one pressured hour. Come once to narrow the floor to two or three mattresses, sleep on the thought for a night, then come back later in the week and lie on the finalists again with a clearer head. The beds that still feel right on the second visit are almost always the right answer, and people who buy in a single rushed visit are the ones most likely to wish they had chosen differently six months later.

Seven Meadows is not a new build. Newland Communities started the 1,050-acre development in 2002, the median home here was finished around 2006, and more than 1,700 families now live inside it. That maturity is lovely in a neighborhood: the trees are grown in, the trails are established, the lakes and pocket parks have settled into the landscape. It is less lovely in a bedroom. A mattress bought when a family moved into Seven Meadows during the build-out is now close to twenty years old, which is roughly twice the service life of anything we sell.
The signs are easy to miss because they arrive slowly. You wake with a stiff lower back that eases an hour after you get up.
